National Bank Public School & College (NBPS&C) is an educational institution that was established in 1989 by the National Bank Limited, one of the leading private commercial banks in Bangladesh. The institution is located at Bara Moghbazar, Santi Nagar, Ramna, Dhaka. It offers education from pre-primary to higher secondary level in Bangla version under the Dhaka Education Board. The institution has three disciplines: Science, Humanities and Business Studies. It operates on day shift with co-education system. The institution is managed by a governing body headed by the chairman of National Bank Limited.

The mission of NBPS&C is to create a conducive learning environment that fosters academic excellence, moral values, social responsibility and leadership skills among the students.
Facilities and Achievements
NBPS&C has a spacious campus with modern facilities such as well-equipped classrooms, library, computer lab, science lab, auditorium, playground, canteen and medical center. The institution also has a dedicated and qualified teaching staff who are committed to the holistic development of the students. The institution organizes various co-curricular and extra-curricular activities such as science fair, debate competition, cultural program, sports day, picnic, study tour and social service to enhance the students’ creativity, confidence and personality.
NBPS&C has been producing outstanding results in the public examinations such as JSC, SSC and HSC. The institution has achieved 100% pass rate in JSC for several years and has also secured many GPA 5 holders. In SSC, the institution has achieved above 90% pass rate and has also produced many GPA 5 holders. In HSC, the institution has achieved above 85% pass rate and has also produced many GPA 5 holders. The institution has also received many awards and recognition from the Dhaka Education Board and other organizations for its academic performance.
Admission Process
NBPS&C admits students at pre-primary, class one, class six and class eleven levels through written tests and interviews. The admission circular is usually published in November for pre-primary and class one, in December for class six and in May for class eleven. The admission criteria vary according to the level and discipline. The minimum GPA requirement for class eleven admission is 3.00 for Business Studies, 2.00 for Humanities and 3.00 for Science. The admission fee is Tk. 10,000 for pre-primary and class one, Tk. 15,000 for class six and Tk. 20,000 for class eleven.
